Youth Substance Use Outreach Worker – Make Real Change

Barnardo’s Cymru (Cyfle) is seeking an enthusiastic Project Worker 2 to join our Children and Young People’s Substance Use Service, delivering prevention and early intervention for young people up to age 25 across Denbighshire and Conwy. This is a part-time, field-based role within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that collaborates with schools, health professionals and community organisations.
