Field Care Supervisor – Lead Quality In-Home Care

Cera Care Ltd is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for the brand and support our vulnerable clients in the community. You will carry out early introductions, build care plans, conduct client assessments and shadow Care Workers to ensure high quality of care.
