Hybrid Property Compliance & Scheduling Officer (7-month FTC)

Sage Homes in London is seeking a Property Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Assurance team on a 7-month fixed-term basis. You will help manage statutory, regulatory and similar servicing contracts, coordinating with internal teams, managing contractors, and ensuring timely, documented compliance across properties.

You will schedule compliance repairs, upload certifications, maintain records, assist with invoicing and respondent to residents, while supporting the manager to reduce risk
