Senior Nursing Assistant – Lead Care Team (Night Shift)

Springcare invites applications for a Nursing Assistant to join a caring, supportive team. You will contribute to running our homes for older people, providing personal care, supporting mobility and nutrition, and leading a small team of care assistants under the Home Manager.

Night shifts are available (8pm–8am) with permanent full- or part-time contracts. We offer a pension scheme, access to training for nationally recognised qualifications, and wellbeing support to help you grow in your role.
