Lead Deputy Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home

Bear Care 1 Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a Therapeutic Residential Children’s Home. You will deputise for the Registered Manager, lead a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, child-centred care within a safe therapeutic framework.
