Compassionate Care Assistant – Person-Centred Support

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking Care Assistants to support residents by carrying out care activities in line with person-centred care plans and to assist with mobility for meal times and social activities. The role emphasises respectful, compassionate care within a community setting.

You will help serve meals, support feeding as needed, keep bedrooms tidy and equipment clean, and build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
