Compassionate Support Worker: Help People Live Well

Discovery is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join a compassionate team in Somerset. You will provide person-centred support to six adults aged 30s–50s with varying needs, including disabilities and communication styles.

No prior experience required—attitude, patience and a commitment to dignity and independence matter most. You’ll help with daily activities, personal care, social activities, and outings, including hydrotherapy, transport, and community involvement.
