Senior Occupational Therapist – Complex Community Care

Portsmouth City Council is recruiting an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Community Rehabilitation Service. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred assessment and intervention to maximise independence and home safety.

The role requires HCPC registration, a recognised OT qualification, and the ability to manage a varied caseload with advanced clinical reasoning. A full driving licence and vehicle are desirable.
