Bespoke Support Coach for Disabled Professionals

Action on Disability is seeking a dedicated personal support worker to work face-to-face with disabled individuals under the guidance of their AoD Supervisor, following personalised support plans. You will monitor tasks, support completion of key duties, provide weekly feedback, and help progressively reduce support as the learner grows more confident, in collaboration with the supervisor.

This role may involve liaising with managers to discuss progress and implement next steps.
