Direct Patient Care Associate (Nursing Support)

St George’s Crescent Surgery in Wales is seeking a patient-facing post holder who will work alongside registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care. You will undertake and record routine clinical observations and support mobility, examinations, and treatments.

You will maintain accurate records, assist with procedures within your competence, and escalate any changes or concerns regarding patients promptly.
