Live-In Youth & Community Support Worker (Training)

Transforming Lives Co. is seeking a self-motivated Youth & Community Worker for a live-in role supporting young people aged 16-21 in a supported accommodation setting. You will promote wellbeing, assist with life skills, accompany to appointments and encourage engagement in education, training and activities.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Social Care or equivalent, plus Level 3 in ICT, literacy and numeracy. DBS check or police check will be required.
