Printing Machine Operator – 3-Shift (TPM & 5S)

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Printing Machine Operator to work for our client in Blackwood, Wales. This full-time role operates on a 3-shift rotation: days, afternoons and nights. You will handle material specs, load/unload reels, and manage SAP labelling while maintaining 5S/BRC compliance and TPM initiatives.

Training will be provided for make-ready activities and consumables control. We value analytical, team-focused candidates who are driven to progress within the company.
