Brand Manager – FMCG Growth & NPD Lead

Advocate Group is seeking a commercially focused Brand Manager to own annual brand plans and growth strategies in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will work across multiple routes to market, translating insights into action and partnering with Sales, Category, Export and external teams to drive performance.

This role requires strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and experience leading NPD from concept to launch in a multi-channel setting.
