Contract Senior Womenswear Designer – Lead Collections

Gofractional is seeking a Senior Womenswear designer on a fixed-term contract (9-12 months) to lead the creative direction of its collections and drive brand consistency. You will collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Garment Tech while mentoring junior designers.

You will set direction, develop seasonal concepts, review line-ups, and translate market trends into commercially viable products. The role requires strong CAD/Adobe skills and hands-on product development expertise.
