Practice Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established, fully private practice located in Milton Keynes.

The Role

As Dental Practice & Performance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the practice, with accountability across people, patients, processes, performance and profitability. This is a full-time role that will require you to possess great people skills, have strong attention to detail,

You will:

• Lead, develop and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
• Set clear expectations and actively manage team performance
• Monitor and act on key KPIs including utilisation, conversion, and revenue
• Drive treatment plan uptake through strong TCO support and patient journey optimisation
• Oversee diary management to balance productivity and patient experience
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC
• Manage cost control, stock, and budget oversight in line with business targets
• Take ownership of operational processes, identifying risks and driving improvements
