Territory Sales Lead – Packaging Solutions (M4/A34)

Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the M4/A34 region, including Newbury and Oxford. You will balance account management with new business development, owning a £400k portfolio and growing it through proactive prospecting and strategic planning.

You will spend 2–3 days per week at the Cricklade site for planning and forecasting, while enjoying a structured, rewarding sales career with clear career progression and a supportive team.
