Empowering Female Support Worker, Pembrokeshire

In Pembrokeshire, a Female Support Worker will help make everyday moments remarkable for the people we support, assisting with daily choices and personal goals.

You’ll empower individuals living with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives in the community, provide practical support with finances, housing, and social activities, and work within the Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service to enable their independence.
