Higher Education Research Transformation Analyst

Morson Group is recruiting for a Business Analyst in a Higher Education context, focusing on post-award services transformation for a Russell Group university in London. You’ll map end-to-end processes, identify pain points and design improved, IT-enabled solutions across Finance, Research & Innovation, and IT.

You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, model processes and help shape the TO-BE state with clear requirements, governance and benefits realisation.
