Retail Assistant 2026

Role: Retail AssistantContract: Temporary – October 19th – December 19thHourly Rate: £12.71

We are currently looking for temporary retail assistants to join the clothing department in a busy supermarket. This is a great opportunity for some part time work starting on October 19th up running up until December 19th 2026. Shift times are either 18:00-21:00/22:00. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves and clothing displays are well presented.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising and cleanliness.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries, sizing, and locating items.
• Supporting promotional changes and seasonal displays.
• Working as part of the wider store team to deliver an excellent shopping experience within the clothing department.

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Able to commit to all shifts
• Flexible to work in the evenings
