• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team across shop floor and Subway.

• Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service across both shop and food to go.

• Lead the store independently when required

• Maintain safety and compliance — including PFS, forecourt operations and food hygiene compliance (Subway standards

n

• Manage Subway operations- stock control, food waste management, food prep, allergen

n

n

compliance, stock checks, audits and mystery shoppers.

• Support colleague development, Subway training and on‑the‑job coaching

• Deliver day‑to‑day people management professionally and fairly
