HCRG Care Group in Sittingbourne is seeking a Band 6 Team Sister/Charge Nurse for the Community Nursing team. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership, managing a defined caseload and coordinating a safe, patient-centred service in patients’ homes.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week), operates 8am–8pm, seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work are essential.
