Senior Registered Manager – Children’s Homes (SEMH)

Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home in the UK, ensuring a secure, supportive environment for young people with SEMH needs. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive Ofsted compliance and inspire staff to deliver excellence.

Candidates should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, a valid UK driving licence, and have demonstrated leadership in a Good/Outstanding setting.
