Strategic Group Procurement & Supplier Excellence Lead

Compass Community Limited in Birmingham is offering a hybrid procurement leadership role focused on building and managing a robust supplier framework and contract governance. You will oversee onboarding, due diligence, ESG-aligned supplier selection, and risk-managed performance across multiple sites.

The role requires experience with supplier frameworks, contract management and delivering commercial value within a service-based organisation. A degree and/or CIPS accreditation is desirable.
