Transport Contract Payments & Performance Analyst

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a back-office finance analyst to support the Transport Performance team. You will ensure timely payment of operators under service contracts and analyse financial and performance data to confirm value for money.

You will monitor contract compliance, apply financial penalties where needed, review contract conditions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly.
