Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishment (Public Sector)

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Refurbishment) to manage the commercial and financial aspects on a range of public sector refurbishment projects in Plymouth.

You will prepare cost estimates, valuations, variations and final accounts; support procurement; carry out site visits; and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Typical project sizes range from £700k to £3m, and the role requires excellent communication, IT literacy and a related degree.
