Hybrid Residential Conveyancer – Grow with a Busy Team

Chadwick Nott in Leamington Spa is recruiting a Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firm on a hybrid basis (four days in the office, one day from home). The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.

The role requires experience handling own conveyancing matters, strong knowledge of the full process, and the ability to work in a busy, growing team.
