You’ll join a team of 10 specialists across two offices, working closely with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals. The caseload is broad, varied and often complex, covering:
- Landlord & tenant disputes
- Dilapidations
- Lease renewals
- Leasehold & freehold disputes
- Forfeiture
- Trespass claims
- Possession proceedings
The firm is keen to appoint a junior solicitor and can offer a structured development plan with a clear route for progression. Applications are welcome from solicitors with around 1+ year’s PQE in Property Litigation, although those who gained strong exposure during their training contract will also be considered.
