Order Management Specialist – End-to-End Customer Care

Carrier invites applications for an Order Management Administrator to oversee the UK & Ireland OTC process from order receipt to delivery and invoicing. You will liaise with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers, handle complex orders, and act as the main post-sale contact for customers.

The role requires experience in order processing, strong IT skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment, with MS Office proficiency and ERP familiarity preferred.
