Senior UK Blue Economy Consultant – Policy & Planning

Howell Marine is seeking experienced consultants to join the UK Blue Economy team at Senior or Principal Consultant grade. The role focuses on offshore wind, marine monitoring, biodiversity and marine spatial planning, with a strong emphasis on policy and regulation in the UK.

We value applicants with deep knowledge of marine licensing, HRA, MPA assessments and the UK Marine Strategy, and who can translate complex evidence into practical recommendations for government and industry clients.
