Bids & Partnerships Lead – Mental Health Growth

Birmingham Mind is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive bids, tenders and grant applications, grow income, and build strong partnerships with commissioners, funders and partners across the NHS and Local Authorities.

You will line manage the Fundraising Lead and Training Manager, working with the Director of Development & Partnerships on strategic projects and large tenders. A values-led approach and impact focus are essential.
