Future Prison Leaders Programme: Start as Officer

HM Prison and Probation Service is running the Future Prison Leaders Programme in Bristol. This three-year leadership pathway starts on the prison officer track and offers hands-on operational experience, with guidance from senior leaders to help you develop into a senior role.
