Transport Manager | Flexible Hours & KPI-Driven Ops Lead

Biffa Group is seeking a Transport Manager to efficiently and effectively manage a fleet of 45+ vehicles at the Southampton Depot. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the Traffic Office, ensuring health and safety, environmental and operator licence compliance, while delivering first-class customer service.

The role requires proven transport/logistics leadership, knowledge of legislation and KPI-driven improvements, with the ability to travel across the UK as needed.
