Facilities & Health & Safety Lead (Part-time)

Autism West Midlands is seeking a part-time Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to lead maintenance, safety compliance and facilities across all services. Based at Sense Touchbase Pears in Birmingham with travel to homes and supported living, you will manage a small team and contractors, oversee audits, procurement and budgeting.

The role requires experience in maintenance management and Health & Safety in regulated settings, with driving licence and DBS clearance beneficial.
