Chef de Partie – Lead a Section in Modern Filipino Cuisine

Donia in Soho seeks a talented Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section and contribute to the continued excellence of an award-winning team. You will work in a creative kitchen that blends modern Filipino cuisine with seasonal British ingredients.

Reporting to the Sous and Head Chef, you will mentor Commis Chefs and Demi CDPs, manage mise en place, stock, and health & safety, and ensure dishes meet Donia’s plating standards during busy services.
