Head Chef Banqueting & Events Lead (Luxury Hotel)

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Head Chef Banqueting to lead a team of around 18 in a prestigious luxury hotel, with a strong focus on Meeting & Events, Afternoon Tea, In Room Dining and the staff restaurant.

You will own menus, develop culinary concepts, manage food costs and supplier orders, and work across multiple kitchen satellite sites to deliver events from intimate dinners to 400+ standing events.
