About the Role

The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The role oversees a team within the indoor and outdoor operation and includes managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities. The position is part of a premium health and wellness group’s food and beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within the indoor and outdoor operation.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Passionate about food and beverage service.
• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
