Sous chef required in London for a classical french restaurant, it is fresh food and great classical french dishes, this role is very hands on cooking and focused on protein dishes. Closed for Christmas and closed in August as well, set holidays per year which is great.
The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen and very hands on, they have set days off and everyone is in on the same days, this role is of a sous chef level and focused on the protein section.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with good organisation skills, good knife skills, able to run a classical french protein section and good food hygiene knowledge.
