Helpline Supervisory Practice Manager (Hybrid)

The NSPCC Helpline in Birmingham is recruiting a Helpline Supervisory Practice Manager on a fixed-term contract. You will lead frontline child protection advice teams, provide live staff support, and coordinate safeguarding actions within a hybrid home/office setup.

We seek individuals with extensive social care experience, strong IT skills, and a solid understanding of child development and legislation. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
