North East Field Sales Team Lead — Uncapped Commission

Modern Milkman is seeking a Team Leader to build and grow the North East door-to-door sales team. You will manage day-to-day performance, coach reps, and drive targets while working in the field with your team.

Based in Newcastle with a UK driving licence, you will recruit and onboard new members, travel for weeks of hands-on learning, and lead by example to hit and exceed targets in a rapidly growing company backed by funding and a large customer base.
