Crisis & Resilience Officer – Financial Wellbeing

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Officer to support residents through times of crisis, providing immediate financial help and longer-term wellbeing and resilience building.

You will work across housing, revenues and benefits, adult social care, and partner organisations to deliver a person-centred service, using digital case management to record interventions and monitor outcomes.
