Senior Lead Practitioner – Health & Social Care Team Lead

Cornerstone is seeking a Lead Practitioner to oversee a team of Support Practitioners across North Ayrshire and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. The role requires leadership, budget awareness and strong communication with families and stakeholders.

You will guide, mentor and develop staff while maintaining service standards, liaising with the Service Lead and ensuring contractual compliance. Driving licence and own car are required; travel across areas is expected.
