Evening Care & Recovery Support Worker

Harper House, part of Phoenix Futures Scotland, seeks a Night Care Worker to support the evening Therapeutic Community programme within our National Specialist Family Service. You will organise and facilitate residents’ activities, supervise a rolling night shift, and monitor risk while assisting with daily preparation and medication administration.

Previous experience is not essential; we value compassion, flexibility and a commitment to recovery.
