In-Home Care & Support Worker

Alexandra House Support Services Ltd provides care across North Wales and is seeking a Domiciliary Care & Support Worker to deliver person-centred care in clients’ own homes and in the community. You will follow individual care plans, support daily routines, and promote independence while maintaining dignity and safety.

You will travel between visits, work a flexible rota including evenings and weekends, and hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
