Enable Scotland is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead and develop Supported Living Services in Scotland. You will guide frontline staff, drive quality improvements, and foster strong partnerships with families and social care professionals to deliver inclusive, person-centred support.
The role requires SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 (with Level 4 preferred) and a commitment to culture change, inclusion, and SSSC registration progress. A full driving licence is essential.
