Fitness Instructor

About the Role

This role involves creating a space for members to feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected both physically and mentally. The instructor delivers holistic classes in specialisms such as Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation, or the bespoke SPIRIT class. The role sits within a team that aims to create an inclusive culture where members and team members can thrive. The instructor supports and inspires members to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a space for members to feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected both physically and mentally.
• Deliver holistic instruction in one or more specialisms, such as Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, or Meditation.
• Teach the bespoke SPIRIT class where applicable.
• Support and inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Interact with members and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Represent the business as an ambassador and contribute to a thriving and inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Hold specific genre qualifications as required by the class: BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) or IYN (Independent Yoga Network).
• Hold a Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor qualification.
• Be passionate about health and fitness.
• Be able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion for customer service.
