Lead Residential Child Care Worker – Shift Leader

Lancashire County Council’s Children’s Residential Service is expanding, with Senior Residential Child Care Workers needed in Burnley, Accrington, Nelson, and Haslingden. The role is permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week.

The salary ranges from £33,119 to £37,563 per annum, with enhancements for shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties. You will lead a team, support young people with complex needs, and contribute to safeguarding and care planning processes.
