Jewish Care is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to cover Redbridge and Southend, delivering 24 hours per week over Mon-Thurs with travel to hubs. You will coordinate dementia programmes, run inclusive activities, and support families within the community.
You will build trusted relationships with people living with dementia, their families, volunteers and local partners, while monitoring participation and contributing to service development.
