Complex Care Practitioner: In-Home Support & Growth

Cornerstone is seeking Complex Care Practitioners to support six individuals to live happy, independent lives in their own homes. Up to 39 hours per week, with full training and ongoing support to develop into confident practitioners.

You’ll help people with daily tasks, accompany them to clubs, shopping or social events, and support their home life and hobbies. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers, with career development and benefits provided.
