Support Worker – Community & Home Care (Penzance)

Dimensions Somerset Sev Limited in Penzance is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help a gentleman with learning disabilities and autism live a full, independent life. You’ll support him at home and in the community, with humour, patience and person-centred care.

The role covers day-to-day activities, 2:1 support, and potential sleep-ins with shifts from early morning to late evening. A full UK manual driving licence is preferred; the position is permanent with competitive pay.
