Empathy-Driven Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

Mencap in Mansfield is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and emotional support, making a real difference in their lives.

This full-time role (37.5 hrs) requires excellent communication, empathy and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is preferred to support community travel.
